This page explains how text messaging works on the WeKnowSalons platform: how people give consent, what messages we send, how often, and how to stop. WeKnowSalons is a brand of its parent company, LFG Ventures LLC. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio.
We collect consent for text messages exclusively through opt-in on our own web forms. There is no other way to be added — we never text people from purchased lists, uploaded contacts, or any third-party source. In every case the SMS option is unchecked / off by default; the person chooses to turn it on. The forms are:

Messages are transactional only — tied to a specific appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message types include booking confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices. Examples:
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the appointment messages described above.
